Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management:

- Collaboration on Solutions:
- Work closely with technical partners to collaborate on joint solutions, integrations, and projects that benefit both parties.
- Product Integration:
- Facilitate the integration of partner products or services into the organization's ecosystem, ensuring seamless functionality.
- Technical Support:
- Coordinate technical support and issue resolution with partners, ensuring prompt and effective solutions for mutual customers.
- Product Knowledge:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of both the organization's and partners' products or services to effectively communicate technical details.
- Contract Negotiation:
- Lead technical aspects of contract negotiations with partners, ensuring that agreements meet the technical requirements and expectations of both parties.
- Technical Training:
- Provide technical training and support to internal teams on partner products, fostering a deep understanding within the organization.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements that may impact partnerships.
- Performance Metrics:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner relationships and technical integrations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven experience in partner management or a related role, with a focus on technical partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the organization's products or services and those of its partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts effectively.
- Negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to engage in detailed technical discussions with partners.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
